FAQ

1) We usually send out 100+ pieces for a celebrity to sign- please be aware that not every signature will be exactly the same. Your signature may look different than others and/or exhibit light scratches, smudges or other inconsistencies. We make no guarantee of every signature being "perfect", and we will not offer returns, exchanges or refunds if you are unhappy with the way your signature looks. All we can guarantee is that your Pop's signature came from the mentioned celebrity and that it was authenticated by JSA or another reputable authentication company. Please understand this policy if you're going to purchase a Signature Series Pop.
2) Discounts can't be applied to Signature Series orders.
3) Each Pop has a '7BAP Signature Series' sticker which states the quantity signed of that particular version when applicable. 
4) Each Pop will have a JSA authentication sticker on the side window ensuring the autograph is authentic. In some cases, the signing will have been witnessed and authenticated by another reputable company, such as Beckett. In the case of certain Artist Editions where the entire Pop has been drawn on, there will be no authentication certificate.
5) Each Pop will come in a PopShield protector and double boxed to ensure no damage should occur during shipping.
6) If you buy multiples, it's entirely possible that you will get the more than one of the same Pop variation. Our staff picks these randomly so we have no way of knowing what's in each box. 
7) Condition Disclaimer: We do our best to use Pops with minimal to no damage. Our goal is to use Pops that would be 7.5 or better on our scale, which most collectors agree is a pretty strict condition scale. That being said, when we do these signings, the Pop boxes get handled several times between the time they leave our hands and the time they return. For this reason, we cannot guarantee perfectly mint boxes on Signature Series Pops. If you feel there is excessive damage to your Signature Series box, contact us and we'll be happy to work with you on a solution.
8) We cannot offer returns or replacements on Signature Series products.
