Shipping policy


We take great pride in packaging your collectibles with extreme care so they get to you in the same condition they were sent. Your items will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and gently placed in a shipping box, which will be securely taped shut and sent on its way, usually within 3 business days. Holidays, heavy shipping periods, and other circumstances may show additional processing time. Please be aware of this and be patient—your order will be shipped as soon as possible. In the rare occurrence that damage occurs during shipping, please reach out to us and we will make things right.

 

We also offer to ship your Pop in a PopShield or Armor protector for an additional fee, just click the 'Add PopShield' option on the product page.
Note that PopShields/Armor not ordered as add-ons will be shipped separately from other items if placed in the same order. 


Note that when an order weight exceeds a certain weight (different for each country) a built-in rate that is completely unrealistic ($7,777,777.00) will show. Please request a shipping quote from us via the contact form if you wish to order under those circumstances.

Shipping in the U.S. (**These rates apply to standard 4" Pops. Larger items will be based on size and weight.)

Shipping within the contiguous 48 states is based on weight and size. Orders placed with our "standard shipping" will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion so please be aware that some items or orders are not shippable to PO boxes. 

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are calculated based on weight. Once picked up from our warehouse, your package will generally get to you within 2-5 days in the continental U.S., and a little longer to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and all APO's (shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO's may differ based on size/weight and destination). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii for larger/heavier packages such as bulk PopShields may ship via USPS Ground Advantage which may show slower delivery.

Additional Shipping Services
We currently offer limited expedited shipping options at checkout based on size and weight. If you would like a quote on an expedited shipping service not shown at checkout or would like to add additional services like signature confirmation, simply send us an email at customerservice@7bucksapop.com or leave a note in the notes field at checkout and we can send a quote and/or invoice. 

 

International Shipping Rates 

International shipping rates are based on destination and package size and weight. Standard shipping service rates will be shown at checkout prior to payment. Shipping to international addresses will be via FedEx International Economy, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or via a combination of the United States Postal Service and the mail service of your country depending upon the size and weight of the package. 


Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of your order. Customs clearance/brokerage fees are included with our standard shipping service options so additional carrier fees, if any, should be minimal. Please also note that if a package is returned to us due to failure to pay customs duties, the original shipping charges and an additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order refund.

International Shipping Notices

*We are currently not accepting orders to be shipped to the Philippines, Macao, Bulgaria, Haiti, many countries in Africa, nor any countries currently on the USPS Service Suspensions list. If you are in one of these countries and wish to order, please consider using a US-based freight forwarder who can deliver to you.

*Note to international customers using a freight forwarder: We will not be offering returns or refunds for items lost/undelivered by or damaged after delivery to the freight forwarder. If a package is delivered to you with damage in transit, any claim for that damage should be directed to the freight forwarder. Be sure to review the freight forwarder's policy on loss and damage prior to agreeing to any service.
