Will I receive a digital ticket? • Yes! Your QR code ticket will be emailed to you by TicketSpot. • Pro Tip: Cell service at the convention center can be unreliable. Save your ticket PDF to your device or take a screenshot of the QR code before arriving.
I didn’t get a Pre-Sale Pickup. Does that mean you’re sold out? • No! We’ll still have inventory available at SDCC and online drop. Any remaining items will be available at the booth on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
I got Pre-Sale Pickup.! You will ship it to me, right? • No! Pre-Sale Pickup is SDCC Convention Center Pickup Only. You must have your own badge to enter the convention center.
