Here we have a PSA 8.5 graded GITD Skeletor from Gemini Collectibles. PSA, the world's leading grader and authenticator of collectibles, is a notoriously tough grader when it comes to handing out high grades. An 8.5 is the 3rd highest grade a Funko Pop can receive on the PSA scale (with only 9 and 10 being higher). Due to Funko's quality control in the early days, it will be very hard to find a Pop like this from 2013 that will grade higher especially one limited to just 480 pieces.
